SHIPPING INFORMATION:

While we strive to ship all orders within 1 business day sometimes this is not possible due to back orders. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within 14 days your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed. We ship through the postal system (so please make sure that you enter your mailing address correctly-if we have to reship due to receiving a wrong mailing address we will recharge for shipping). You will be provided a tracking number for your package that is issued by the United States Postal Service. This tracking number allows us, lotiontown.com, to verify delivery of a package. This form of delivery verification is valid proof and confirmation of your receipt of said merchandise associated with the specific tracking number. When purchasing from our site, lotiontown.com, you are hereby agreeing to these terms, and agree this is vaild proof of delivery. Shipping AND handling in the United States is $9.25 (Free if the order is over $99). International orders will be figured upon checkout. Due to the recent United States Postage increases and guidlines on package shipments, we regret to inform you that we have had to raise our shipping and handling rates.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

We highly recommend shipping insurance. Once your order leaves our facility, it is yours and we are no longer responsible for it or its contents. We are not responsible for damaged products, as they are in one piece when upon departure from our warehouse. If you are concerned about your lotions being damaged or lost in shipping, please add the optional shipping insurance we offer. This protects your purchase from any damage or loss that happens to your package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any damage or loss the USPS does to your package. We cannot replace, your product or refund your money if you choose to not purchase insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are exempt from FREE Shipping. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. International orders are shipped via USPS will contain USPS tracking number. International orders may be subject to VAT or other customs related fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders may experience customs related delays which can add a few days to the expected delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that their customs department will accept and deliver a package containing tanning products from the USA. Also, please keep in mind that you may experience additional delays in receiving your package due to customs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Lotiontown.com is a tanning lotion wholesaler. Therefore we cannot accept returns. We will however correct any shipping mistakes that are our fault.

A restocking fee (25% of product(s) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to lotiontown.com for NON-DELIVERY, or CANCELLED ORDERS. THIS INCLUDES REFUSED PACKAGES. This will be deducted from the amount refunded, along with the cost of the shipping and handling charges associated with your order. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping.
